VSI Simulators in New Zealand

A life-sized horse mannequin with accessible organs is helping Massey students learn to do procedures such as rectal exams without the risk of being kicked in the head.

Massey University's Institute of Veterinary, Animal and Biomedical Sciences has opened a new veterinary clinical skills laboratory that allows students to practise common veterinary procedures on dummies.
